My experience with most mechanics hasn’t always been the best of things seems how there’s always more problems with the car when you go in to the shops then what you believe you had prior to visiting and that goes for most mechanic shops that I have ever dealt with. This then made me do the majority of the work on all my vehicles myself and now how the cars get more complicated and I have kids now the luxuries of doing that have really slowed down. So Out of nervousness I picked up the phone and reached out to Mike the mechanic who had good standings and results which was relayed to me from a couple family members that use him. I gave Mike a rough diagnosis of what I believed and was experiencing in the vehicle. Mike then asked me to bring it in so he could do a proper diagnosis and told me he would get back to me. Not only an hour after they had open mike called me back with what he knew the computer was telling him and his experience found it to be something else sometimes which was a difference of about $400. I was sold on that the problem and the fix from what the diagnosis at AutoZone told me , that Mike could have let me keep believing that and let me spend the 400$ and let me think what I thought and yes the truck still would’ve been fixed and running correctly but I wanted to see about saving that $400 it’s now been a week since the trucks been to Mike and it’s driving 100% better and I saved that four hundred dollars I’m just so happy that I found somebody I could trust and treated me more than fair and I wanted to tell Mike thank you for his awesome knowledge and recommendations on course of action and I promise Mike when I have a issue come up again they won’t even be a second thought about who I call thanks to you and your team
